Hannah & Suzanne are two ladies in their 30s and though their hearts often forget this fact, their bodies never do. Sugar hangovers, frozen necks after a bad night of sleep, and general cricks and cracks of joints, all serve as daily reminders. Is this just how things are now? Through individual challenges, Hannah & Suzanne take 30-days to try and tackle that question.
